Hard working families are still struggling in this difficult economy and can’t afford new taxes on every day grocery items. Last year, New Yorkers spoke out against new taxes and we continue the fight against them. We need our current legislators to know that we strongly oppose any legislation that increases the cost of our favorite juice drinks, soda, sports drinks and other beverages. New beverage taxes will hurt hardworking families and hit our grocery budgets hard.
