Hard working families are still struggling in this difficult economy. We simply cannot afford to dig Albany out of another budget hole with new taxes. In this tough economy, we strongly oppose any legislation that increases the cost of our favorite juice drinks and soda.

Struggling families and businesses are working hard to make ends meet and new taxes will hurt us even more. For these reasons, we urge you to reject any proposed taxes on juice drinks and soda. Taxing hard working families for simple products they enjoy is the wrong solution to Albany’s budget troubles.
